Dr. Tung joined PCOMS after completing her residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Harvard’s Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. During that time, she also obtained her MD from Harvard Medical School. Prior to that, she went to UC Berkeley for college, majoring in biology and business, and then went to UCLA for dental school. Having grown up in Southern California, Dr. Tung returned home to sunny LA after her six-year residency. She has special interests in dentoalveolar surgery including implants and bone grafting, orthognathic surgery and facial trauma. Dr. Tung is also currently a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of Predoctoral Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at USC.
She currently lives with her family (including two sons) in Orange County. She enjoys spending time with her boys, reading, volunteering at church and playing sports like tennis, basketball and golf.
